(PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY)


ORDERS: Due to the fact that our custom suits are made in Hawaii, a minimum of 12 weeks (3 months) notice is required to ensure the delivery of your suit in time for your events.


RUSH ORDERS: These are available upon request and will be considered depending on the current production schedule. A rush charge will be applied to all rush orders.


PAYMENT: At this time, Designs by Renee Paz will only accept payments using PayPal. With PayPal, you'll check out lightning fast securely and easily without sharing your financial info with the merchant. Sorry, we do not accept cash, checks, e-checks, and other forms of payment. We must receive full payment before your order can be shipped. Because these posing suits are custom made, payments are non-refundable. In the event you are unable to compete after your payment is made, you will receive in-house credit with us for a period of two years.


SHIPPING: You will be contacted when your order is ready to be shipped at which time you will determine the method of shipping (i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc.) The customer is responsible for the payment of shipment and will be sent a PayPal request for the amount due for shipping charges. 


RETURN POLICY: There are no returns and/or refunds. All suits are custom made to order.


UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS:
Unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back to sender. Designs by Renee Paz will not be responsible of any lost, damaged or late delivery of posing suits shipped. Posing suits cannont be replaced or reimbursed. All sales are FINAL, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
